What we collect
- Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone (optional) and what you bought. Needed to deliver your order and send receipts and tracking.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Site usage: standard analytics and advertising pixels (Meta, Google) that help us understand which ads and pages work. These may set cookies.
How we use it
To fulfil and support your order, to send order emails, to prevent fraud, and to show relevant ads. If you started an order and didn't finish, we may email you a reminder; every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our manufacturing and shipping partner (name and address, to deliver your parcel), our email provider (to send your receipt), and Cloudflare (hosting). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing support@vincicanvas.com. Residents of the EU/UK, California and Australia have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA and the Privacy Act respectively, which we honour.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, typically 7 years. Marketing data is deleted on request.

We use essential cookies for checkout and optional advertising cookies. You can block advertising cookies in your browser settings without affecting checkout.
