These terms apply to purchases made on vincicanvas.com ("VINCI Canvas", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We do not store card details. An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if a design becomes unavailable or a payment is flagged as fraudulent.

Product
Kits are intended for ages 8 and over and contain small parts. Paints are non-toxic acrylics. Colors in product photos are representative; the painted result depends on your work.
Promotions and pricing
Bundle prices and offers apply to the items in a single order at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. We may change prices and offers at any time.
Intellectual property
Site content, photography and the VINCI Canvas name are our property or used under licence and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
