We want you to love what you paint. If something isn't right, here is exactly what we do.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. No need to send anything back.
Changed your mind
Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Opened or partly painted kits cannot be returned, for hygiene and quality reasons.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships (usually within 24 hours of ordering). After it ships, the return policy above applies.
Lost in transit
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, we replace it or refund you in full. See Shipping & delivery.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Before opening a dispute
Please contact us first. Nearly every problem is solved within one business day, and it is faster for you than a bank dispute.
